Apprenticeships

We offer a range of apprenticeships to give people the skills and experience to find long-term work.

Apprenticeships are a mixture of on-the-job experience and off-the-job training. On the job, you will gain key transferable skills such as:

  • working in teams
  • problem solving
  • communication and using new technology

Outside of the office you will spend time working towards a recognised Apprenticeship Framework.

During the apprenticeship within Phoenix you will be supported by your tutor and by an experienced manager.

To be eligible for the scheme you must:

  • be aged 16 or over (please note there is no longer an upper age limit)
  • be a Lewisham resident
  • have residency entitlement, there must be no restrictions on your status in the UK (all successful candidates will need to produce their passport once a job offer is made)
  • meet the minimum criteria required as stated in the relevant job description (all potential applicants will be expected to attend an initial assessment session).
